Cowes Week 200th - Beadsworth and 'No Dramas' complete the quadruple win streak!
Another fantastic year on the water for the Etchells class at Cowes Week for the 200th edition of the event, with 13 Etchells on the water amongst the 600+ other boats from all kinds of classes.
Andrew Beadsworth and team sailed a consistent series to take the overall win for 2026, and a 4th consecutive Cowes Week win in the Etchells class.
Chris Hampton and Tango were nipping at the heels of No Dramas, finishing just two points behind the leaders after the drop, and taking an impressive 3 race wins in the week. Another impressive performance from the Australians.
Ted Blowers and Audrey made up the podium in third place, another great Cowes Week from Audrey, however, too many mistakes in the week and not enough discards made it hard to contest for the top two spots.
A super year for Cowes Week, the Etchells class was honoured to be part of this memorable event.
Next up, the Robert Watson Memorial Trophy on the 22/23 August, and the third stop on the Cowes National Series!
